Horsebox Coffee Co. was founded by Emily Stewart in 2014. After years immersed in speciality coffee in London, and travelling to coffee origin, the ambition of establishing her own roastery was on the horizon. Emily loves coffee for its flavour and culture in our everyday lives, but also for the role it plays in the communities that produce it. She believes that by making good choices with coffee we can enjoy the perfect cup and also respect and reward everyone that creates it.
Today Horsebox Coffee Co. is a small passionate team brought together by a love of coffee and the opportunity to support and work within the wider coffee community. Sustainability filters through everything we do, from sourcing to serving. Not just minimising our impact but making a positive change.
