When: We run 3 Rounds a year:
Round 1: Registration January, Matches from February to April
Round 2: Registration May, Matches from June to August
Round 3: Registration September, from October to December
Entry: £10 per Round
Format: Skirmish (500pts)
League Details:
Players will play 4 rounds (Intervals) of Swiss Paired Matches, with 3 weeks given to play and report your match with your assigned opponent.
Should two players not be able to complete their game during
the designated Interval, both players receive a loss. If one player
can show they reasonably attempt to schedule their game,
but their opponent was unresponsive or otherwise unable to
complete the game, the scheduling player receives a win (scored
as a bye, see below) and their opponent receives a loss.
Players can play their matches where ever they want, but it must be in person. Oxshed Cafe will provide at least 1 table every Thursday evening with adequate playmats and terrain, South Oxfordshire Wargaming Society meets the first Sunday of every month and can provide adequate space for players. Please note the league fee does not cover entry to the mentioned locations.
Points are awarded as follows
Win = 3 pts
Loss = 0 pts
Draw = 1 pt
Bye = 3 pts + 400pts defeated
Should we have 17 or more players registered, a top cut tournament will be planned. However, at 16 or less players, the Player with the most points at the end of the Round will be declared the winner, with pts defeated being the tie break.
Prizing given out for participation and top spots using official AMG Star Wars Legion league kits.
Normal Army building rules apply, and army's can be changed between matches. Please ensure you review your Cards before the match to ensure they have not changed or been banned/restricted.
Matches and pairings with be scheduled on Longshanks, please ensure you create an account if you do not have one already.
Players will be added to the League Discord channel, please ensure you join the discord, if not already on it
