One Piece: Carrying On His Will (OP13) Release Event

The One Piece OP-13 set, titled "Carrying On His Will" is the latest expansion in the One Piece Card Game series. Just as it sounds, the Release event occurs at the start of a new set of One Piece. Each of these events involves a sealed tournament, and they allow players to get ahold of cards from the new set early. With promos awarded just for participating and even more given out for the winner, the prerelease events are a fun, relaxed way to dive into a new set and try out what the new cards have to offer!
Spots are extremely limited, so get your before they are all gone.
Included in your ticket are 6 Boosters and entry into the tournament.
Deck Construction Rules
After opening 6 packs, players build a 40-card deck, and a 10 DON!! card deck. There are no banned or restricted cards, and players can include as many copies of cards with the same card number as they like. (There is no 4-card limit and 5 or more copies of a card with the same card number can be included in decks.) Any cards left over from deck construction are treated as sideboard cards.
You may bring your own leader (including those from previous sets) to use in the event.
Please bring 10x DON!! Cards to participate in the event.
