Pipp & Co recipe cinnamon and brown sugar brioche dough, made in small batches with a bulk fermentation of up to 48 hours for maximum flavour. A two stage procedure is used to hand shape into a classic ring doughnut. Each are individually hand decorated with our zesty orange glaze, chopped dried cranberries, pistachios and stem ginger. A little bit of Christmas delight in each bite.
